Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will own, and build, our recruiting and Talent Acquisition functions in the US and Canada. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces ownership, and is passionate about building a world-class hiring process.
You’ll partner cross-functionally to solve immediate challenges and build a scalable recruiting function that supports our long-term and immediate growth needs. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for the business

Source top-tier talent across all company departments
Manage all stages of the hiring process, from sourcing to coordination to offer discussions
Work with hiring stakeholders to coordinate a smooth experience for our candidates
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, competencies, and long-term goals
Grow and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business needs
Build the talent acquisition and assessment function, processes and tools to support Numa’s rapid growth
Enhance Numa’s brand among recruits by improving our candidate-facing content
Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent
Track and analyze hiring metrics, proposing improvements
What We’re Looking For:
5+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a rapid growth startup or tech environment
Proven success building and scaling a TA function
Strong understanding of compensation strategy
Experience configuring and adapting an ATS, especially Greenhouse
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
