About the Role
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to own growth within their territory. You’ll drive new business acquisition, expand product adoption in new markets, and build long-term relationships with dealership decision-makers. This role is ideal for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on winning new accounts, hitting ambitious targets, and driving measurable impact for clients.

You have a proven track record in B2B sales (automotive SaaS a plus, not required)
You’re disciplined in pipeline management and follow-up, with strong prospecting skills across channels
You excel in consultative selling, communication, and building trust with decision-makers
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a territory growth plan to achieve/exceed goals in new business
Prospect and engage with dealerships through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels (in-field visits optional)
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
Lead product demos, presentations, and consultative sales conversations that uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handoff of new accounts
Stay current on automotive industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
3–5+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota
Strong prospecting skills and comfort with both face-to-face and remote selling
Exceptional pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and closing skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Nice to Have
Automotive software or SaaS sales experience
Experience selling into multi-stakeholder environments
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
