About the Role
We’re hiring our Founding Product Marketing Manager—a strategic, high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll be the architect of Numa’s product marketing discipline from the ground up, defining the frameworks, processes, and narratives that shape how the world understands and adopts our AI-powered platform.
This role blends storyteller, strategist, and operator. You’ll influence product strategy upstream, lead market-facing execution downstream, and serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and the customer. What You’ll Do
Define Numa’s product marketing strategy, frameworks, and operating rhythm
Develop positioning and messaging that make our product easy to understand and impossible to ignore
Lead high-visibility product launches end-to-end, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer teams
Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform roadmap and GTM priorities
Build sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and talk tracks that accelerate deals
Partner with SDRs to create top-of-funnel campaigns fueled by sharp value propositions
Enable Sales and CS with the right content, in the right format, at the right time
Shape pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategy using market and buyer insights
Establish feedback loops to ensure market learnings inform product and GTM
Qualifications
2+ years of management consulting experience and 1–2+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS
Track record of building narratives that resonate across personas, segments, and channels
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, backed by a strong content portfolio
Strong cross-functional leadership experience spanning Product, Sales, and Success
Data-fluent, with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable strategy
Experience with competitive analysis, win/loss, and market research frameworks
Comfortable operating in high-growth, high-ambiguity, build-from-scratch environments
Nice to Have
Background in product management or sales engineering
Experience in vertical SaaS or buyer-led selling environments
Familiarity with AI product marketing or complex technical domains
Experience enabling distributed GTM teams across segments or geos
Exposure to pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy
